The Consultation

Australia Plastic Surgery provides you with a range of options to suit your individual needs, and this includes

1-Soft touch treatment: using injectable fillers, hylorunic acid and/or collagen (such as Restylane®, Juvaderm™, Perlane®, Voluma or SubQ etc...), injected with a fine needle in the office with or without local anaesthetics, this will give you an immediate results that last for a good 6 months.  Some of the New Fillers can have an effect that lasts for up to 18 months.

The effects usually last three to six months, at which time another injection is required. After several treatments, the effects may begin to last longer, sometimes up to six to eight months. We recommend treatment every three months for the first year, and then repeat treatment as needed.

This treatment is provided at the same day of consultation in the office and may require local anaesthetics

2-Surgical procedure: By using either your own fatty tissue or an implant, a long lasting refinement to the areas of your mid-face can be achieved. Usually done under General anesthesia or local anesthetic with sedation in a hospital setting. It takes about 60 minute and producing a permanent results.

For cheek augmentation using your own fatty tissue, there will be no scar. If you had an implant surgery, then the scar will be 3-4cm long inside the mouth, no external scar. The sutures are dissolvable and do not require removal

After the Surgery

You will go home the same day. Swelling Lasts 1-2 weeks. You can reduce swelling through constant head elevation.

Getting you back to work and normal activities

You will require rest for 2-3 days followed by light duties for one week.  Back to normal activities in 10-14 days time
