How it works

Aftercare

Bio-remodelling is an injectable treatment involving high concentrations of Hyaluronic Acid. Unlike traditional dermal fillers, which are designed to add volume or change the shape of the face, bio-remodelling acts as an internal moisturiser. It disperses evenly through the skin layers to stimulate collagen and elastin production, focusing on improving skin quality, hydration, and laxity rather than structural volume.

This treatment is highly versatile and effective for areas prone to skin laxity and fine lines. Common treatment areas include the face, neck, and décolletage. It is also increasingly used to rejuvenate the back of the hands, as well as the arms, knees, and abdomen, where skin may have become thin or lost its firmness over time.

The procedure involves a series of precise injections using a specific technique designed to maximise the spread of the Hyaluronic Acid. Because the product is highly biocompatible and flows easily through the skin tissue, only a small number of injection points are typically required. The session is relatively quick, often completed within 30 minutes, following a thorough clinical consultation.

While some patients notice a subtle improvement in hydration and “glow” within a few days, the full effects of bio-remodelling develop gradually as collagen production is stimulated. Optimal results are usually seen approximately 4 weeks after your second session. The effects typically last up to six months, at which point a maintenance session is recommended to sustain the skin’s quality.

For most patients, an initial course of two treatment sessions is recommended, spaced approximately four weeks apart. Downtime is generally minimal, and most patients return to their daily activities immediately.
