Appointments

  • A $300 prepayment is required in advance for all consultation bookings.
  • All consultation fees are non refundable.
  • To reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 3 business days is required without forfeiting the deposit.
  • No Shows/  On the day rescheduling of appointment will automatically forfeit the deposit and will require to pay another fee for a new appointment time
  • Cancellation/ Change of mind, of appointment will automatically forfeit the deposit.

Surgery

  • Surgery deposits are non refundable or non transferable.
  • Final payments for surgery fees are due 7 days prior to the procedure date.
  • Surgery may be cancelled if full payment is not received before the cut off date.
  • All prices are inclusive of GST ( where applicable)

Any negative comments relating to patient unhappiness with a surgeon, clinic or hospital will not be published. All such advice will however be passed onto the surgeon or relevant person for them to act upon.
